Celebrity Cookbook has more than 100 recipes, photos, and autographs donated by favorite celebrities and star chefs. The last four years I have devoted my time and enthusiasm in collecting and selecting, along with tasting, the recipes that are featured in this book. The question I get asked most often is, “Why did the celebrities take time to share their favorite recipes?” They all wanted to do something for an important cause and, at the same time, contribute to an entertaining cookbook.

The variety of the recipes is what makes this book so much fun. There is something for everyone: from simple, health-conscious to gourmet recipes. Choose your favorite dishes and host your own celebrity dinner party.

National AIDS Fund Statement

The National AIDS Fund is one of America’s largest philanthropic organizations dedicated to eliminating HIV/AIDS as a major health and social problem. The Fund is unique in that its primary purpose is providing the resources necessary for local AIDS leaders to fight the disease in their communities. Fund grants provide care and services and seek to prevent new infections through education, advocacy, and research. The Fund represents donors whose contributions have generated over $110 million for over 500 community organizations during the past 15 years to combat the AIDS epidemic. Local leaders match these grants with their own fundraising and make grants to community organizations. The Fund has substantially increased giving to HIV/AIDS programs, often sparking local HIV/AIDS grant making in communities where no such support previously existed.
